As an English resident in Spain, I faced poor internet connectivity in the countryside. After discussing with friends, I decided to try a satellite internet option, ordering the equipment on November 18, 2025. By December 1, I was still waiting. The tracking indicated that the parcel, shipped from Germany, couldn't be delivered due to unpaid import fees and was redirected to the local postal service. They claimed they attempted delivery but failed to locate my address, which often means no effort was made. I reached out to the satellite provider and the postal service, but both used chatbots that directed me back and forth, leaving me without answers. It's frustrating that the company invests heavily in technology yet neglects customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been negative, and I can't recommend their service. They need to improve their customer support.
