My experience with this satellite service was nothing short of disastrous. They sent the satellite, but it failed to work. After several days of unproductive troubleshooting with customer support, I requested a refund. I switched to another provider that works fine. Surprisingly, a week later, the company said they would send an installer to set everything up at my home, despite me already returning the satellite. I still haven't received my refund, and they've claimed it can take 2-4 weeks. The reason given for the failure was too many trees on my property. Overall, this has been the worst service experience I've had, far worse than any previous providers.
