Returning the equipment has been a nightmare

I have faced numerous challenges trying to return the equipment. Shipping delays occurred, and I struggled to understand how to use it. Now, I can't figure out how to return it, and customer support is unreachable. This has been a terrible experience, and I can't even cancel my subscription. It feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
