I wish I'd read the reviews before buying! I moved to El Salvador and was recommended by a friend. Only after I bought the equipment did I find out I couldn't get access because they are not accepting new customers at this time! Customer service is abysmal! No way to talk to a person and I think all tickets raised have been answered by AI so no actual solutions. And no way to find out when access will become available for new customers. What an absolute waste of money!! Oh, and have been advised by the shop, I might be able to get access with a roaming package at $400-900/month!! But if I did that I would not be able to change back to a residential package when it became available. This is one big user unfriendly scam IMHO.
