If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I bought the device during a holiday sale to benefit from the discounts and the so-called "Free 30-day trial," which turned out not to be free. I paid for the equipment, but it malfunctioned and kept shutting off on the first day. On the second day, I received a bill for $165 for the "Free" trial month, and although I returned it within the given time frame, I still haven't seen the $165 credited back. Additionally, I had to cover return shipping costs, which were not mentioned during the promotion. Customer service was unhelpful; I could only interact with an AI bot before placing my order and had to wait several days for a response. I sent the device back within two weeks and am still awaiting my refund. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch scheme, and I've had to dispute the charge with my bank, which has been waiting for over 20 days for the refund to process. My next steps will involve contacting the relevant state authorities, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission.
