As an English resident in rural Spain, I've found the internet service here to be lacking. After discussing with friends, I decided to try the Starlink option and placed my order for the dish on November 18, 2025. However, as of December 1, I'm still waiting for the equipment to arrive. It appears the dish was shipped from Germany via DHL, but after 10 days, I noticed on the tracking that delivery couldn't be completed due to unpaid import fees. The parcel was then handed over to the Spanish postal service, which claimed they attempted delivery but couldn't find my address—indicating they likely didn't make a real effort. I've reached out to Starlink, DHL Germany, and the Spanish postal service, but all I get are automated responses directing me to check with each entity, and none have any information on my parcel. It's frustrating that while Starlink invests heavily in product development, they seem to neglect their customer service. A product is only as good as the service backing it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Starlink based on this experience and urge them to improve their customer support.
