Extremely disappointing experience. Hours after placing and paying for a bouquet delivery, I received an email from the customer service manager stating that my order has been cancelled. They mentioned that the florist is 'unable' to fulfill the delivery and provided no explanation. The most frustrating part is the mention of a refund taking 7-14 days. This is unacceptable; if they can deduct my payment immediately, they should be able to process the refund just as quickly. They attribute the delay to my bank's policies. I regret not reviewing this company beforehand, and I doubt I will receive my refund.
