No delivery - no refund. I placed an order on 2/13, my cc was charged and then I got another email saying my order was cancelled and I would get a refund in 5-10 days. Today is the 10th day and I still have not gotten a refund. So irritating. I would NEVER order from them again!!

The very next morning after I placed the order I got an email saying my order has been refunded. I thought “okay well maybe they could get the flowers delivered to my friend so they sent the money back. Cool” Not cool. I did not get the money back. It’s been 14 days. I still have not got it. I called their customer support team where a lady said she would issue the refund. I wait a few minutes on hold and then she comes back and says my bank declined the refund ????? No why would my bank deny a refund ?? I had to file a dispute with my bank. I’m over it. $70 lost on fake flowers.

Called back that next morning and was told, delivery address was out of range. I was never contacted to let me know ordered had been canceled. Do not do business with this company. Very unprofesaional!

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. Hours after placing and paying for a bouquet delivery, I received an email from the customer service manager stating that my order has been cancelled. They mentioned that the florist is 'unable' to fulfill the delivery and provided no explanation. The most frustrating part is the mention of a refund taking 7-14 days. This is unacceptable; if they can deduct my payment immediately, they should be able to process the refund just as quickly. They attribute the delay to my bank's policies. I regret not reviewing this company beforehand, and I doubt I will receive my refund.

Terrible experience with my flower order.

In July, I placed an order for flowers, which was canceled the following day with an assurance of a prompt refund. However, it wasn't until DECEMBER that the refund was finally processed. I strongly advise choosing your own flowers, drawing a bouquet with broken crayons, or sending pictures of flowers from a reliable florist instead of ordering from this service!
