I cannot give less than one star or I would. Made an order, received confirmation email. 30 min later, received cancellation email. Shortly after. Received an email from customer service apologizing for the the cancellation and saying i would be refunded immediately.
3 weeks later, nothing. Had to file a dispute with my card.
I got no flowers and have spent more than an hour trying to get a refund on a non-delivery. Genius business model.
EDIT - After making this post and filing a dispute with my card company, the company finally coughed up my refund.
So 1 star....
