I placed a flower order over the phone. They accepted the order, charged my card, and confirmed the delivery date/time. I got an email about 2 hours later stating that they could not deliver to the address. Order canceled. I asked for a refund. I received the refund, but then a second charge (for the exact same amount) was placed to the credit card I gave them. I repeatedly emailed them over three weeks asking why the second charge and please give me a refund. They have never replied. I contacted my credit card company and they issued me a refund.
I will NEVER use these thieves again.
