First time using Star Parking and was a little bit worried, but I had no need to be. I picked them because they were less than half the cost of Official Heathrow Parking and much cheaper than Maple / Holiday Extras, all of which I've used in the past.I had no problems and the service was exactly what you'd want it to be. I let them know my arrival and pick up times, called 20 minutes before getting to the car park and they were there to meet me. On drop off they called me when they were there, which was literally as I was driving into the car park, so it was very easy to find them. On pick up, I called them 20 mins out and went to the pick up point and they called me when they arrived, again it timed out just right. Have already booked again
