On returning, we waited another 20 minutes while on the phone with them, and had to pay again to leave the parking. I have used various operators before without such problems, and this experience was unacceptable!

This service is truly disappointing! Upon arrival, an unresponsive representative showed up, barely acknowledging us while on the phone. When we returned, we received missed calls before even disembarking, and they seemed disorganized. After a long journey, the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, and the staff offered no help, leaving us stranded for an hour. I would never recommend this service; they are expensive, rude, and unprofessional!
