I topped up my starpets account with £15 initially & redeemed a couple of pets quite easily (new website version) since then I've tried on multiple occasions to redeem more pets & the bots fail every time to accept my friend request. My buyer rating goes down with every failed trade but I never had the option to trade with them. Live chat is slow & in effect useless to actually help. I've had buying restrictions (25 hrs & now a weeks ban) for no fault of mine which is a frankly silly system. There's no option to get a refund & to buy robux as a means to cash out is a long, confusing & protracted system. I've now been threatened with a 10 year purchace ban if my rating goes lower.... 10 years to get my money back 😳 that sounds fair (not) its a shame that a potentially good site idea has such ridiculous rules meant to serve only starpets. I would have topped up & spent much more if the site actually worked but now i will just write real, fair reviews to allow others to see how bad this site actually is. Be warned, regardless of how hard you try to claim your pets you'll likely end up losing money & lots of time trying to claim with no real support from the site
