My daughter had 3 top up transactions taken from her bank on the 24th April but received nothing in return, used the chat support but seems you have to refresh the page to see any responses and I had waited an hour before trying that and they had responded but closed the chat, must be a technical issue with the site. Their advise was to contact the bank but they provided me no case number etc.
