I initially purchased a cheaper pet as I was unsure if the site was legit. The withdrawal went flawlessly, and I received my pet right away. Gaining confidence in the app, I purchased a more expensive pet. When I attempted to withdraw it, it gave me an error message about technical work with a countdown for when it was over. I waited for it to run out, only for it to reset. At the very least, this shows that they do not respect their customers or their time. Being dishonest about the longevity of these "technical updates" is very shady. Several hours later, I still could not withdraw the pet, and the "Live Service Agent" turned out to be an AI chatbot who wasn't even accurately comprehending what I was saying; it disconnected after giving one completely extraneous response to my query. I am utterly disappointed that I wasted so much money and time on this. I do not know if I will ever get the pet or my money back. Please do not give this site your money.
