Ive used starpets for about 2 years now, theyve introduced ps99 items but the majority are scams. Ive opened 3 disputes and its been roughly 2 weeks and still no response from mods. Ive always had issues with the support on starpets, it says they usually reply within a minute but they take HOURS. I usually explain my issue before hand as the site asks, then they accept and ask "how can i help". Ive always experienced this such poor support, its a shame because i really like using this site but the support doesnt help AT ALL! I cant name one time where a mod actually helped me out within my 2 years with them 👎
