Getting refunds from the old site is impossible. They make you either wait 30mins to an hour for even a reply that just says "how can I help you" when I already clarified the problem with pictures attached too or they just dont work. This site has been down for months and they never let us claim our pets that we bought before the new site. Ur supposed to get a refund or pets back.
