Purchased the Gracie's Corner outfit In January 2023 for an April birthday party (because I plan ahead and I know how these small businesses work)from the seller and a custom outfit using Instagram @StarrzKreativeKouture, even paid the rush fee. The delivery date came and went at which point I told her the birthday party had already passed and if she could just send the custom outfit and that would give her time.I am a very patient person.This is now April 2023.She sent the custom order however it was too small.She promised the second outfit and even offered a bonus outfit, which I declined, I told her I just wanted my order. She mentioned going out of business because she can't handle the order loads, I told her balance is key to life.April 2023 She sent a tracking number that never updated and then when I contacted her she denied everything and never followed up.July 2023 checked in with her again, at this point just as a joke because clearly I had been scammed.I attempted to file a chargeback but I think I had paid using a money service, or something so it was a wash.Hopefully she stops ripping people off.
