VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! This my second order from this seller I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt she will insure she would have your items by the date you provide and WONT! She will inconvenience you and will not accommodate you what so ever if she ever says that she will issue a refund ITS A LIE! Communication SUCKS the products are nice but this seller is unprofessional bad for business she take on more clients than she can handle just to keep receiving funds and making broken promises ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!
Bought a dress for my daughter’s birthday and never received item. Gave me the runaround and finally asked for a refund. I asked her for pictures never received it. It was I’m sending you your tracking info at this time and never received tracking info.
Fool me once shame on you… fool me twice shame on me but there won’t be a next time! I placed an order with her for picture day for my daughter months in advance only to be disappointed by a fake tracking number to be sent and it saying the item was never received to be shipped! I took that loss. This time my friend and I put in an order bc after she genuinely apologized I thought she would at least do right by us especially being that we told her that the shirts were needed for the Usher concert! She dm me saying she would be shipping out the shirts on Wednesday only to dm back on Thursday that the materials never came in!! I’m not playing about my money this time! I’m filing a lawsuit against her in small claims court!
I Made a Purchase October 27,2023 paid in full! I followed the Guidelines of her business. I didn’t make contact about my order until January 13,2024, I was then told that my order was processing.So I waited patiently without any other update until April 4,2024 when I contacted her for a refund.. It’s been 4+ days and she still hasn’t responded to my refund request…
I placed an order 12/8/23 and had to pay IN FULL.and was told it’d be ready 1/10/24. I got no updates at all a few days before the due date of my order was told the materials still were not in. Was given no update 1/22/24 comes and my order is still not done. Not even started. Given a sorry excuse about her working a full time job while trying to also fulfill her orders. Was told it would b mailed 1/31/24 (TODAY) . Was told it would not be mailed so i asked for refund and was told my refund would HOPEFULLY be sent by next week. I had to legit bring up getting a lawyer and involving the police just to get a refund because Kedarrica Alexander THEN claimed she was closing her business down because she cant keep up with her orders yet JUST made a post about another sale she was doing. After bringing up the police she refunded me finally. COME TO FIND OUT from multiple others this is normal she always does this and she messages men for donations to help buy her fabric claiming shes $300 short. DO NOT ORDER FROM HER SHE IS A SCAMMER !!
