I saw a link for a bet Ā£50 get Ā£25 free bet offer, went on the site and said that had expired, was now bet Ā£20 and get Ā£10 which comes as 2 Ā£5 free bets one is 24 hours after the other, managed to bet one and the other had somehow expired, chat were clueless and were telling me itāll be credited later today which makes no sense as would be 48 hours later and already says expired. Waste of time and just lost Ā£20 for nothing
Please stay away honestly do not trust these people my mother opened an account and she deposited Ā£50 which she should not have done because she suffers with dementia tried on a number of occasions to get a refund but no response we have now started legal proceedings please please stay away they are thieves
