I had a great experience overall with Star Tours. The trip was well-organised, with clear communication, good food arrangements, and timely arrivals at all destinations, which made the journey smooth and enjoyable.
A special mention to our Tour Manager, Ankit, who was extremely courteous and attentive. He ensured every passenger was looked after and consistently went the extra mile to make the experience comfortable and memorable.
However, there was one aspect that significantly impacted the trip. The coach captain/driver, Sean, displayed very unprofessional behaviour. During an urgent situation where the onboard emergency toilet was full, a request was made for a stop due to a genuine health need. Initially, this was refused, and even when he eventually stopped at a petrol station, it was done reluctantly.
What was more disappointing was his rude tone and the way he handled the situation, including arguing that the toilet was “working fine” despite the circumstances. This interaction was unnecessary and left a negative impression.
While I appreciate that he may be an experienced driver, professionalism and basic courtesy are equally important when dealing with passengers. Unfortunately, this behaviour affected what would otherwise have been an excellent trip.
I hope Star Tours takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer handling in future tours.
