⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent 5 Days PNER Tour (18th Feb – 22nd Feb)
We just completed the 5 Days PNER tour with Star Tours, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish.
A very special mention to our Tour Manager, Stephen Frandidis, who was extremely professional, well-organized, friendly, and always ready to help. His clear instructions, positive attitude, and excellent coordination made the entire trip smooth and stress-free.
Our Driver, Mohseen, also deserves great appreciation. His driving was safe, steady, and comfortable throughout the journey. We always felt secure on the road, which is very important during long coach trips.
Another highlight of the tour was the delicious Indian food provided during the trip. The meals were fresh, tasty, and very satisfying — a big plus when traveling in Europe.
Overall, the tour was very well planned, punctual, and enjoyable. We return home with beautiful memories and would definitely recommend this tour to others.

This was one of the most distressing experiences of my life. Throughout the trip, I was constantly anxious about someone invading my personal space without consent. The tour guide displayed inappropriate behavior, often acting as if he were my partner. I feel uneasy about sharing this with my family, fearing their reaction. His repeated attempts to hug me were entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's bewildering how someone like him remains in a managerial position. Why hasn’t the management addressed his conduct? He spoke as if he were a famous actor, believing he could get away with this behavior. He even suggested meeting alone once back in the city, claiming he would take care of me. Flirting with customers is not acceptable. His frequent phrases included, "God, whatever this person has asked for, please grant it..." and "Turn around." I strongly advise against using this service if Divansh Joshi is the tour guide. Prioritize your safety.
This tour was fantastic. The guide demonstrated remarkable versatility and had a deep understanding of each attraction. They maintained great engagement with the travelers, providing essential updates and adjusting plans as needed.
I had an incredible 6-day trip across Europe with the company, and a significant factor in that was our tour captain. From the very first day, everything was executed smoothly and with professionalism. The itinerary was well-structured, timings were handled efficiently, and we never felt rushed or disoriented. He was exceptionally supportive, friendly, and approachable, always willing to assist with a smile. Whether it was providing detailed explanations of the sights or helping anyone in need, he managed it all effortlessly. His expertise, patience, and upbeat demeanor truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend the company and especially this tour captain.

The tour was very well organized, and the manager performed exceptionally. The only drawback was the bus used during the initial part of the trip in New Zealand, which lacked comfort. It would be beneficial for the tour manager to emphasize the importance of punctuality at the outset. While travelers from North America and Europe are generally aware of this, those visiting for the first time from India might not be.
I took a Europe tour with a travel service about three months ago, and it was an enjoyable journey. The booking agent was very helpful, and the tour guide had organized everything well, adapting to various situations perfectly. The driver's skills were impressive, and his sense of humor made the long bus rides much more entertaining with his jokes! The food was delightful, and the music during the bus rides was beautiful. The female tour guide in Rome, who spoke for a couple of hours, was excellent at sharing history, using her facial expressions, voice modulation, and hand gestures to engage us. I found myself captivated by her storytelling rather than solely focusing on the historical facts! 🤪😀 It was a fantastic experience, and I created wonderful memories from this trip! I've already suggested this travel service to my friends and colleagues! 👍
