I was searching for breakdown cover as a self-employed contractor and explored various services. After reading reviews, I decided to try this service. I received a couple of missed calls and finally spoke with them today, but the news wasn’t great. They wanted to know how I would use my car and ensured I chose the right cover, which I did. However, when I asked if I would be taken home if my car couldn’t be fixed, they said no. They would take me to a local garage first, and if they couldn’t fix it, then I would be taken home. This is impractical for me; if my car broke down in the city, I would have to pay to stay there until the garage fixed it. It would be cheaper to hire a single truck to take my car home than to wait for repairs.
