Exceptional support from the attending technician. He visited two tyre repair centers, but the closest couldn’t assist as they were closing soon, so he kindly took me to another location. The arrival time was impressive, around 35 minutes after I requested help, compared to the 90 minutes initially indicated. This is a stark contrast to a well-known service that took over 7 hours for a flat battery! I am very pleased to wholeheartedly recommend the service.

Excellent service from the support team today! My wife’s car tyre burst due to debris on the road. We were stuck on a verge close to busy traffic. They contacted a local recovery service, which reached out to us promptly with an ETA. The support team provided updates every 15 minutes and coordinated with the authorities to close a lane. The driver delivered the car home. I’ve been with this service for over 5 years and have never had to use them before, but we cannot fault the service we received from them and the local recovery team.
I was searching for breakdown cover as a self-employed contractor and explored various services. After reading reviews, I decided to try this service. I received a couple of missed calls and finally spoke with them today, but the news wasn’t great. They wanted to know how I would use my car and ensured I chose the right cover, which I did. However, when I asked if I would be taken home if my car couldn’t be fixed, they said no. They would take me to a local garage first, and if they couldn’t fix it, then I would be taken home. This is impractical for me; if my car broke down in the city, I would have to pay to stay there until the garage fixed it. It would be cheaper to hire a single truck to take my car home than to wait for repairs.
