I purchased a 200€ gift card, but they canceled it and said the refund might take 1 to 5 days. This is not reliable, especially if you need it for a Christmas gift; they are just holding onto your money. I have a child in DE who will now have to wait until after Christmas for their gift card. This experience has been frustrating.
