Hi, the best service I have ever received, I accidentally entered the wrong email address and made a ticket that my goods ended up in the wrong email address, it took them 20 minutes to resolve my ticket and send my purchase to the correct email. The delivery was super fast, I had 3 assistants who helped me with my case, one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had, I don't understand why you leave such strangely bad reviews.
Card code does not work!!!
Sent a used card and would not give refund. Did not appreciate customer service response and how unhelpful they are. I lost £73 within 20min that someone else is using.
Avoid or you will lose money like me!!

My code wasnt working. Bought a steam prepaid for 30 euros. It wasn working on mine friends account i bought it for. Yes he had an account in such currency (Euros). still yet it wasnt working. I contacted customer support but i got only AI answers, when i said that i want to talk with a human i got auto answer i will be contacted via mail in 1 hour. More than 24 hours passed and still didint got answer. If You dont want to be scammed dont use this site.
I bought a gift card yesterday for a friend for $120 . They were am unable to open it . I have sent email requests asking for an explanation . Nothing . Now I have a friend who is upset and I don’t have $120 .
I had a negative experience with this service after purchasing a €30 card. They provided me with a used code, and when I contacted support, they either brushed me off or repeatedly asked the same questions. My responses led nowhere. I cannot recommend this company, as I suspect many reviews are not genuine. For authentic feedback, consider checking their social media.
I purchased a 200€ gift card, but they canceled it and said the refund might take 1 to 5 days. This is not reliable, especially if you need it for a Christmas gift; they are just holding onto your money. I have a child in DE who will now have to wait until after Christmas for their gift card. This experience has been frustrating.
