A new policy was slid in last year which means when your car is written up, not only is the insurance policy cancelled immediately (this is fine) but as well as cancelling they charge you for the remainder of the year. We requested flexibility on 3 cases with 3 different things, including me offering to help with scraping and to no avail. No flexibility, all 1 way. Awful to no customer service.
