The card stopped working in Nov 2024 and product support repeatedly and timely advised that provider had issues through to Feb 2025. In February I had my balance returned and the refund got to me smoothly ; I got back the funds a couple of days after the request in February. My account is now closed. I would be willing and happy to reopen as soon I get a confirmation the product is back on the line, since before Nov 24 it worked perfectly and allowed me to subscribe and purchase in the US.Hence I am giving a 3 star as an average between the 5 when it worked and a 1 now.
