Exceptional Support Experience

I've been using and loving the pro cables, but when one broke, I thought it was just bad luck. As a courtesy, I sent a picture to the support team, not expecting a replacement. To my surprise, they quickly responded and asked for my original order number, which I provided, thinking they'd track it to a batch. Shortly after, I received a notification that a replacement was being sent to me. In today's world of automated responses and diminishing customer service, this experience was truly refreshing and much appreciated!
