This company literally forced me to receive this mount after I requested the order to be cancelled.

This company literally forced me to receive this mount after I requested the order to be cancelled. It took weeks for them to ship it so I ended up purchasing a different mount. There was absolutely no reason why they could not cancel the order seeing as though it was not even being prepared to be shipped when I requested it. On top of that, the mount is made out of cheap like plastic material, not sturdy or solid like the advertisement portrayed. There was absolutely nothing special or different about it and it was definitely not worth the cost. NOW apparently if I want to return it I have to pay for the shipping. This company has no integrity, they are sheisty to say the least and that will be the first and last dollar they get from me. Im so over these horrible companies that are only out to take your money and have no intentions of providing a geeat product let alone customer service. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY buying anything from them. You will onky end up feeling scammed.

When I sent the requested photos, within a few minutes, a new order was in place for a replacement. I could not have asked for a better or more timely resolution.

Excellent experience with the service!

I’ve had an excellent experience with the service so far. I ordered a high-quality data cable, and when I encountered an issue with one of the magnetic tips, I reached out to the support team, and they promptly sent me a replacement tip! I can’t express how pleased I am with this level of customer service and with the cable itself. It’s truly one of the best cables I’ve ever used. I highly recommend getting one or more of these cables.

Convenient size but has sticking issues

The phone mount is a convenient size and user-friendly. My main issue is that it doesn’t adhere well to a textured dashboard, which wasn’t clearly stated. When I inquired about purchasing an additional magnetic ring to secure it to the dash, the response was that they don’t sell them separately. I believe this could be a fantastic product if it could be properly attached to the dashboard.

Exceptional Support Experience

I've been using and loving the pro cables, but when one broke, I thought it was just bad luck. As a courtesy, I sent a picture to the support team, not expecting a replacement. To my surprise, they quickly responded and asked for my original order number, which I provided, thinking they'd track it to a batch. Shortly after, I received a notification that a replacement was being sent to me. In today's world of automated responses and diminishing customer service, this experience was truly refreshing and much appreciated!

Extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I am still waiting for my chargers. It has been over a month, and despite sending nearly six emails, I have received no useful information. I asked for details about the company you're working with in Cyprus, but you have not provided that. You mentioned my package was delivered, but I have never received it. I requested a full refund since you seem unaware of its whereabouts, and I am still waiting. This is the first and last time I will order from this service.
