After my item shipped, I was notified by the shipping service, not the company, and had to pay an extra $20 to receive my package, bringing the total shipping to $50. This feels outrageous and quite shady. The customer service was inadequate, and the quality of the Black Friday hoodie was disappointing, feeling cheap and reminiscent of lower-quality products. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Overall, it gave off strong scam vibes, suggesting they profit from shipping on 'discounted' items while requiring customers to pay upon delivery.
