Disappointment after years of loyalty

As a loyal customer since the beginning, I have always enjoyed their apparel, but my latest experience was incredibly frustrating. I bought a sweater on Black Friday, and the shipping cost was unexpectedly high at $30 only for discounted items, while regular-priced items had a much lower fee of $6-8. After my item shipped, I received a notification from the shipping service instead of the company, and had to pay an additional $20 to receive my package, totaling $50 in shipping. This is outrageous and feels quite shady. The customer service was lacking, and the quality of the Black Friday hoodie was disappointing, resembling cheap items. Regrettably, I won't be returning. Overall, it gave off strong scam vibes, indicating they profit from shipping on 'discounted' items while using cash on delivery, forcing customers to pay upon receipt.

I was genuinely surprised by the negative reviews I encountered. Why are people complaining about tariffs and import fees? That’s not the company's responsibility. It's essential to do some research about importing clothes in your country before ordering. The customer service team has been friendly and helpful, although I did experience a wait of about 4-5 days for a response. I understand they were busy during Black Friday and Christmas. I've ordered from them before, and with the recent Black Friday deals, I got both hoodies. Unfortunately, one was too large due to my sizing error. I contacted customer service for an exchange, and they were accommodating, though the desired hoodie was sold out by the time my return reached them. They suggested another option, which I requested, and they sent it promptly. I'm very satisfied and appreciate their willingness to let me exchange despite the original discount.

I spent $200 on clothing for Black Friday and was surprised with a 40% tariff that UPS informed me I had to pay before delivery. This was unexpected, as there was no mention of additional tariffs during checkout. While I understand that tariffs might not be the company's fault, the shipping provider charged more for their brokerage fee than the actual tariffs. In my case, the broker fee was $33, while the tariffs were $30, totaling $63 just to receive my package, which was discounted if paid in advance. The hoodies I received pilled more than any other I’ve purchased, leaving little fluff balls on everything I wear underneath. Sadly, I likely won't order again due to the high prices and unexpected shipping fees for the quality offered.

Since I bought the hoodies at a Black Friday discount, the proposed exchange was not advantageous, as my payment barely covered one at full price. I explained this, and the only response was a full refund. I waited over a month for items that never shipped, with no attempt to offer a fair solution. Overall, this was very disappointing; they seem more focused on profit than customer satisfaction.

I placed an order in December 2025 for a Christmas gift, and I was quite anxious due to the negative reviews. I ordered on December 8th, it shipped on December 11th, and I received it by December 18th, which is quite reasonable considering it was just before Christmas. The hoodie quality was fantastic! I would definitely order again.

Frustrating customer service experience

I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s customer service. I won a €50 voucher that I was excited to use, but it was removed from my account without any warning or explanation. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer service to have this voucher reinstated, but it has been impossible to resolve. They have been unhelpful and unresponsive regarding this issue. This behavior is unacceptable. I feel cheated and poorly treated. I do not recommend this company and advise others to seek alternatives.

Black Friday deals felt misleading

I wanted to share my experience with this brand. I made a purchase on Black Friday, staying up late to secure the best deals, ordering multiple shirts at reduced prices. Since Black Friday is at the end of November, I expected timely delivery. However, I was unaware of the poor customer service. After two weeks, I had received no communication apart from the order confirmation. They advertised 3-5 days for global shipping, and since I am in Germany, I thought it was a national order. After reaching out, I learned there were delays due to Black Friday. I waited longer, and as Christmas approached, I contacted them again. The representative promised to check with the warehouse but took almost three days to respond. Finally, I was offered a completely different shirt as a replacement, and the fifth shirt I ordered wasn't even mentioned. The alternative offered was entirely different, and a 20% coupon is laughable compared to the original deal. This experience has led me to believe there are serious issues with their order management, and I doubt I will order again as the deals appeared misleading.
