I've ordered from them before, and with the recent Black Friday deals, I got both hoodies. Unfortunately, one was too large due to my sizing error. I contacted customer service for an exchange, and they were accommodating, though the desired hoodie was sold out by the time my return reached them. They suggested another option, which I requested, and they sent it promptly. I'm very satisfied and appreciate their willingness to let me exchange despite the original discount.
