After more than a month, I was informed that the items I ordered were out of stock and was asked to switch to equivalent items instead. Since I bought the hoodies at a Black Friday discount, the proposed exchange was not advantageous, as my payment barely covered one at full price. I explained this, and the only response was a full refund. I waited over a month for items that never shipped, with no attempt to offer a fair solution. Overall, this was very disappointing; they seem more focused on profit than customer satisfaction.
