I wanted to share my experience with this brand. I made a purchase on Black Friday, staying up late to secure the best deals, ordering multiple shirts at reduced prices. Since Black Friday is at the end of November, I expected timely delivery. However, I was unaware of the poor customer service. After two weeks, I had received no communication apart from the order confirmation. They advertised 3-5 days for global shipping, and since I am in Germany, I thought it was a national order. After reaching out, I learned there were delays due to Black Friday. I waited longer, and as Christmas approached, I contacted them again. The representative promised to check with the warehouse but took almost three days to respond. Finally, I was offered a completely different shirt as a replacement, and the fifth shirt I ordered wasn't even mentioned. The alternative offered was entirely different, and a 20% coupon is laughable compared to the original deal. This experience has led me to believe there are serious issues with their order management, and I doubt I will order again as the deals appeared misleading.
