I didn't have a really great experience with this hotel for the price I paid. When my mother I get to the hotel we didn't get the room with double beds as request. We notice we didn't have wash clothes and towels to accommodate us. We called customer service on a Tues day evening we received a call back from Customer service asking us did we get the wash cloths and extra towels. My mother ask customer service did they have vending machines or a microwave on site. Customer service replied with a answer of no we do not.On Thursday our room didn't have ac. We called again and no one came to the room to check out the system. As we check out on Friday I was notified of 135.00 dollars extra fees I wasn't aware of. Even if I didn't us anything in the room or their wifi systems. I have travel all over the world and this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at with bad customer service. I paid 1500 for 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel for the price I paid
