Booked a double/twin room for single occupancy. Was supplied the smallest single room I have ever seen for the same price. To add insult when I spoke to the hotel reception they showed me the request from Stayforlong for a SMALL single room. When I spoke to their help line whilst there I was told that a twin room for single occupancy was a single room......mmmm I don't think so !
What is worse I have raised a query with a request for a partial refund and despite chasing no response since the 31st December when I was told it was being looked at.

The hotel was very good in Antalya . Staff, facilities, food were all good, but the representative Jack was just doing marketing talks and interested in selling executions. Very very disappointed about not getting what he promised. After he sold the tours never replied to any of the messages. The tour he sold was way too expensive which you can buy from get your guide site way cheaper. Do your homework before going to Antalya.
Stayforlong booking was easy to book and got a very good rate too.

Our stay at the Bellagio Beach Resort and Spa was very enjoyable and memorable. The staff from the Concierge, Restaurant, Spa and Poolside were all friendly and ready to help. The in-house activities were also engaging and exciting that the only time we left the Resort was for the two outdoor activities we had booked. In total it was a very exhilarating experience. We hope to do it again.

We booked travel to cuba 6months ago. However with energy crisis we cancel the trip. Iwth cancel the means was refunded in staywallet. We requested for refund, but nobody reply and via void call nobody wants to assist wirh this matter.
We contact the bank as well and explain that there was no choose something by default was transfered to staywallet instead we want refund method as we payed with card! There waa no option inside app to choose. So stayforlong will be keeping you money in case you cancel.

Be carefull!! Im still trying to return my means.

Simple cheating of people. I have stucked 1.7k euros

We are from UAE, booked for a 2 day stay. unfortunately my kid is sick so I wanted to change my booking to one day . I tried with mails and chat to reach them but no reply or update (I mean 0% customer care support) really really disappointed. If anyone is booking through stayforlong plz be aware of customer service though we dont need al d time but to long during tough times !
