i booked my hotel several months ago .
my credit card was up dated in between then and the final payment ,
in stead of contacting me that the balance had not gone through ,
they just canceled the booking 7 days before my arrival.
the only e.mail received was to say it had been canceled . i sent several e.mails over the easter weekend ,with no response.there phone numbers were not working either .bad policy to hear they would not do any thing about it ,even when i had rebooked with them at higher price and at the loss of my deposit ,they dident want to know ,
i was not allowed to talk to a manger or to escalate the matter any further .they are ok, until some thing goes wrong and then they fall apart.
