Booked a hotel room through the company, we wanted to cancel it after paying up front and got a refund accepted through the company,,4months later and still no refund! Every excuse under the sun when you reach them after waiting 45mins on the phone to be connected. I don’t think they know how to write an email because they keep referring back to making correspondence to there email and they never reply.
Avoid if you have any sense, pay abit extra and book through the host company your dealing with.
