I had a very disappointing experience with Stayforlong.
Their customer service is extremely poor they simply do not respond to emails in a timely or helpful way. I booked a hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt last year specifically because it was advertised with water slides for children. This was an important factor in choosing the hotel for my family.
However, when we arrived, there were no slides at all. I immediately raised a complaint, as this was misleading advertising and had a big impact on our holiday, especially for my kids.
Despite sending multiple emails, I received no proper resolution. Instead, I was repeatedly asked (over 10 emails) whether I wanted to change hotels or get a refund, but no actual action was taken. In the end, nothing was resolved, and our holiday experience was ruined.
I would strongly advise others not to book with Stayforlong. The lack of customer support and failure to address serious issues like false advertising is unacceptable.
