If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company is a total sham. Arrived at my hotel to check-in and they had no record of my reservation. Calling customer support was useless. They were unable to rebook me elsewhere in the same city and wouldn’t process a refund. I couldn’t even get an email confirmation that they acknowledged and were working through my reservation issues (despite telling me over the phone that my claim had been escalated and I should receive an email “shortly”).
Absolutely abhorrent service and company.
