Ordered at the beginning of January, and after a couple of weeks with no shipping notifications, order updates or anything I sent an email just checking in on the order. This, and the next few emails I sent, went unanswered (and remain so). My order was then marked “cancelled” without reasoning, notification or refund. After finally getting hold of someone via their Instagram page I was met with unhelpful answers “check your spam love x” (even though later admitting that they’d never actually replied) and have since experienced the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life (name calling, calling me a liar - I ended up in tears.) Not worth it!
