I love shopping with Stay Golden Cosmetics and the products are top tier. Had been a Golden Baby from day 1. My experience with this company is always excellent. Shipping was fast and never had an issue with customer service. Always ready to assist. I have recommended my clients and they Always have a positive feed back about their experience and shipping.
Great customer service they email and even DM'd me on social media. I respect their efforts in contacting me. The Burlesque and Vamp Glitter Lip Kit is my favorite product and I love that it is kiss proof. The shipping time in the US is exceptional 5 days and the packaging is very safe.I love this brand.
Excellent products and service. I have been shopping with them since their inception. The products are really worth the money because they perform as the company says they will and really are a treasure to have, plus the prices are really great. I have all of their products and then some. The Concierge team is amazing, responds quickly and professionally. This is a Brand that punches way above its weight. First impressions last longer than any glitter glue! First time ordering and now I wish I hadn't! I usually don't pay for expedited shipping but had an event and thought I would pay a little extra to get it in plenty of time. First off...don't pay the "little extra" for expedited shipping cause it's a scam! The site states you will get it in 1-2 business days but they are using USPS for expedited shipping! Don't get me wrong, USPS has been used for everything BUT expedited shipping! Reached out to an operations manager that is not customer service friendly, (title change, insert here). I was told, "I cannot say why the USPS has" (this date listed). Ummm...you should be able to say cause this company contracted their services for EXPEDITED SHIPPING! Well they say action speaks a thousand words and this company's action and false scam type behavior has made a believer out of me! First and last time. I haven't even received my product but I do not have high hopes on what I will get based on this encounter. Save your money and go with a more trust-worthy company!
Ordered at the beginning of January, and after a couple of weeks with no shipping notifications, order updates or anything I sent an email just checking in on the order. This, and the next few emails I sent, went unanswered (and remain so). My order was then marked “cancelled” without reasoning, notification or refund. After finally getting hold of someone via their Instagram page I was met with unhelpful answers “check your spam love x” (even though later admitting that they’d never actually replied) and have since experienced the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life (name calling, calling me a liar - I ended up in tears.) Not worth it!
Too risky, customer service is nonexistent. I ordered some lip colors and they left the apartment number off the package (I have proof that it was on the original order). I never received it. When I contacted them over a month later to get updates, I never heard back. At this point it had been nearly two months since I ordered, so I disputed the charge with my bank and was successful.I contacted them multiple times on their website, customer support email, IG, and Facebook before I heard back. Finally their customer "service" rep responded to my messages and was belligerent and rude as if I had left off the apartment number myself, done something wrong or was trying to scam them, saying that they had never heard from me.When I gave her the exact dates and places (IG, etc) that I had attempted to contact them, including some screenshots I took of my attempts, AND proof from the tracking info that the apartment number was left off and it was returned to sender... I never heard back from them again, not ever an apology for the belligerence or that I never got my order. Oh well, I'm just glad I got my money back. Would never deal with this company again.
My overall experience with this company was horrible and unprofessional. In November I ordered 4 of their glitter lip kits. They mistakenly sent me one of the wrong colors, when i contacted them via email, I received no response. I decided to contact on Instagram since that is where I found them, they asked me to DM them my order and all of that I did. Then, they proceeded to say my order was delivered and I needed to check with my post office. I replied that the issue wasn't a missing ORDER but instead a missing ITEM. Stay Golden Cosmetics decided the solution to the problem was to ignore me completely. Ive sent multiple emails and DMs to their official account to get the merchandise that I paid for with no avail. this is not a company that I recommend spending your money with honestly.
