Be very careful when booking, especially if using a third party like Vrbo or booking.com or the price looks like a great deal! The apartments come under ‘Beehosting’ on Vrbo & booking.com. I booked an apartment (via Vrbo) 8 months prior to the date of visit and paid in full, but when I contacted the host, Sean, after 4 months he denied all knowledge of the booking and was fully booked over the dates of my trip and had been fully booked for about 2 months. I understand admin errors can happen, but Sean was most unhelpful at this point! He said he would look into the issue and get back to me, but then proceeded to ignore all attempts of communication from myself or Vrbo. When Vrbo eventually managed to get hold of him, he refused to give any detail and denied the booked. When Vrbo cancelled the booking, the SAME APARTMENT then became available to book on the same dates, but the price was now 3x as much!! Clearly a host/company whose only priority is money. 0 customer service!
