This company have ripped me off. Did online form last Thursday 2nd April for a short break in the UK , the money was taken from my account and documents were supposedly to be issued within two hours. Still hadn't received them on good Friday sent numerous emails . I got InTouch with my bank yesterday asking them to query this. How strange I've received the documents this morning by email I am waiting a refund as my trip has been and gone. Will never deal with these again.
