The man ,I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the man said he was going to a single trip quote and he didn't. Also I checked my insurance policy and it was on automatic renewal for the following year. I can't afford to travel very often, so it is not worth me have my policy renewed and I don't remember anyone mentioning that to me as well.

Can’t fault them and have renewed this year. Had winter ski trip booked, travel companion NOT on my insurance so not on my claim, got injured on a different ski trip 6 weeks before our travel date. Holiday had to be cancelled, the process to claim was simple and they paid out in 7 day. Felt a bit odd not speaking to a person, submitting on line and not hearing anything after getting submission, other than acknowledgment that they would review and be back in 7 days. But they did and it all worked perfectly.

35 days We only want 40 days
If you could tweak these days , I am sure

Received an email offering a discount, the literature attached was unclear as to the existing policy

Received an email offering a discount, the literature attached was unclear as to the existing policy owner.
Which meant that I renewed via this offer.
I then received my renewal letter, which actually quoted less than I had paid.
The young Lady I spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable, but could not refund the difference, even though I said send it to a charity.
Staysure, need to clarify the documents and advertising literature they send out.
Finally, had my house number wrong this yeaar, I haven't moved in the last 20 odd years.

After checking my renewal documents I phoned Customer Service about an issue. I spoke to ABID who was very helpful and friendly. The issue couldn't be resolved immediately, and the next day when it was resolved, Abid phoned me back to let me know. I consider this customer service excellent and through Abid I am pleased with Staysure.
