Can’t fault them and have renewed this year. Had winter ski trip booked, travel companion NOT on my insurance so not on my claim, got injured on a different ski trip 6 weeks before our travel date. Holiday had to be cancelled, the process to claim was simple and they paid out in 7 day. Felt a bit odd not speaking to a person, submitting on line and not hearing anything after getting submission, other than acknowledgment that they would review and be back in 7 days. But they did and it all worked perfectly.
