Very mediocre, the new policy wasn't available in the "my account" section of their Web site. Had to contact them by email and phone, which wasn't the easiest and was given misinformation.
They told me it was because the DoB on the site didn't agree with the policy, the only trouble for them was I had 2 previous expired policies with them and the system worked as it should, so the error was likely theirs, as I'd not changed any of my details and the date on the new policy was correct.
Anyhow, it was extra hassle and time needlessly wasted. It didn't inspire confidence in making a claim, if they could not get this right.
