I regret not discarding the SIM long ago. After recharging with a specific plan for 1000 minutes, I found out there was no balance left after just 15 minutes of a call. The internet connection is generally okay but disconnects at the worst times. The app and customer service hotline are particularly unhelpful; I made around 45 calls, spending nearly two hours without resolution. I recharged multiple times, each time losing money. During an important call, the internet failed, and despite having a balance, I was prompted to recharge again. This service feels like technology without any customer care.
