I scheduled a Baity Entertainment (fiber internet) package to be installed in my home. First of all, the 900-support asked me to pay an insurance money (300 SAR) verbally telling me a Sadad number. They said that the technician will only come if I pay this amount. Once I paid, I was stuck as they just did not come in the timeslot provided. On the 4th call in a day, I was told they will contact in 24 hours. I am without internet for 4 days now and paying for expensive packages. When I attempted to raise a complaint through their website, even that raised an error.
